Mercure hotel was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is situated across from a mall with lots of dining options. Check in was quick and smooth. The hotel has big, safe and ample parking. The room was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. It’s great value for money and close to the airport which makes it perfect if you have an early flight. Will definitely stay here again!

I had the worst experience in this hotel the manager said he doesn’t trust my payment. I used 訂房網站.com and refused to check me in even though I showed him the receipt and reference number. I waited in the reception for an hour because he doesn’t trust my payment. He think it’s a scam. He has a bad attitude. I booked a one bedroom and he checked me on a 2bedroom and the neighbors next to my place were making noise, I couldn’t sleep. The place is dirty with dead ants on the floor. I had to look for my own room nobody accompanied me on a rainy day. The worst experience of my life😡😡😡😡😡
